Interestingly in both of these scenes from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows it is Raphael who at first struggles with the desire to be normal, then questions what fun is that in life?
The first clip takes place “at police headquarters” when Raph and Mikey who have gone off on a mission of their own, attempt to recover a vile of “purple ooze” which can turn mutants back to human form; but some of Shredder’s foot clan have beat them to the punch (or the vault rather) and are about to get away with the ooze all to themselves:
The second clip takes place at the end of the film, with NYPD police commish Rebecca Vincent offering the Turtles the opportunity to assimilate into the “normal” fabric of the city – but these guys live underground with their rat-dad!:
