PBS have a fascinating article with several pieces of media attached about the phenomenon of the street drug bath salts. I was lead to the story via the above GIF, which is, curiously, hosted on imgur. The article also contains this privately published video interview snippet with Louis De Felice, VCU Medical Center neuroscientist, where he uses this site’s namesake word near the end to describe the apparent strength of bath salts abusers, versus the strength of other drug type abusers:
